Kearney Public Schools Enhance Safety Measures with Safe2Help App

 Safe2Help is an anonymous reporting system designed to address concerns about student safety and well-being.  This is not a crime-reporting app.  

This app is intended for students, parents, and community members to report issues discreetly and connect students in need with the appropriate help. It is a valuable resource for fostering a safe and supportive school environment.

The Safe2Help app can be used to report suicide concerns, dating violence, fighting, bullying, sexting, depression, threats, drugs, alcohol, or anything that concerns students' safety and well-being.  The reports are addressed by trained professionals and/or qualified school personnel, ensuring timely and effective responses to each concern.

The reporting process is completely anonymous and takes less than five minutes. The Safe2Help hotline, answered 24/7/365 by trained professionals at the Boys Town National Hotline, is available for students seeking assistance for themselves, friends, or family members.
